"Perfect place for me while working remote"

- Wifi is great on the floors closer to the front desk, not so good on the floors further from that - Had a good, quiet working area for wifi + work - Quiet - Location was perfect. Near food, smartfit10, and walking distance to bars like Masaya - Really friendly staff

The workers were very nice

There was no window in the bedroom (I had no idea until I came, since the advertised photos all have a picture with windows), so I felt claustrophobic. The AC remote didnt work and even after asking for a new one the AC was only cooling off and not warming up the room (I was very cold), but I asked for a blanket so that helped. There are no bedside lamps, only the main light.

the hotel was good, was clean and centric located

I had to pay extra 5% as a card charge, I wasn’t agree with that cause the reservation with the platform has to be respectful with the amount here. They wanted to charge extra 19% as well, it was supposed to be “taxes” but I think that was a lie. Some people charge COP2500 for water and another (the man) COP4000…
