La Casa di Spinosella

Een prachtige locatie! Mooie ruime appartementen met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Heerlijk veel ruimte om de appartementen heen en een heel fijn (super schoon) zwembad met genoeg ligbedden en parasols. Je kan in 15 minuten naar het strand lopen of de auto pakken voor de vele strandjes die er zijn. Ook hebben alle appartementen een fijn terras.

Misschien misten we een klein beetje een afwasmachine ;), maar dat is natuurlijk een luxe probleem!

Spacious apartment, beautiful pool area, lots of space outside on the terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff who kept in touch on our arrival time. Tasteful decor and comfy beds. Nice and quiet, walkable down to the beach (about 20 mins walk). Great location to visit lots of other beautiful beaches. Top tip, there is amazing restaurant next door run by family members of this apartment complex, all local food and wine and beautiful setting - felt really special.

Nothing really other than a few more hangers in the wardrobe would have been useful.😊

The pictures are 100% accurate. Lovely place, family friendly. Our kids enjoy a lot. From the house you can see the sea.

We found well the place but perhaps I would recommend an additional sign to find it. The beaches nearby are not the most beautiful but with a car you can reach very nice ones within 20 minutes

Beautiful setting, amazing staff, super clean unit (not a speck of dust anywhere, well-maintained, fully equipped, with charcoal BBQ, AC worked great even on the hottest days, super convenient parking right infront of your residence, close to the beaches and dinning areas. I would go back in a heartbeat. HIGHLY recommended if you want peace and quiet.

La Casa di Spinosella is a stunning, newly-built two-bedroom apartment just a 2-minute drive from a gorgeous sandy beach. The modern and well-equipped space was immaculately clean, with a neutral yet stylish interior. The warm welcome from the host, along with a small local gift, made us feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and the location was perfect for exploring the coast.

The only minor drawback was that the listing didn’t clarify that there are two separate locations, one with a pool and one without. Although the proximity to the beach made up for it, after a long journey, we were slightly disappointed. However, this feeling quickly faded during our stay!

The house was clean and comfortable for our 4 person family stay. The nearest beach was quick to reach with a car. Everything in the house was quite new, clean and provided good standard.

Swimming pool was important factor for choosing a place to stay for us. We stayed at Villa Adele and it's not close to the swimming pool. In order to use the swimming pool we had to drive for 10 minutes to the La Casa di Spinosella complex. The distance to the swimming pool should have been clearly stated in the offer.
