Our stay at this property was very enjoyable, and one thing I want to commend is how accurately the online photos represented the accommodations. What we saw in the listing is precisely what we walked into—no surprises, no creative angles, just an honest reflection of the space. The suite itself was spotless. Every area—from the entryway to the bedroom—was spic and span, clearly maintained with care. We were especially impressed with the kitchen setup. The appliances were in excellent condition, the furnishings were of good quality, and everything felt thoughtfully selected rather than “just functional.” These touches made the suite feel more like a well‑kept condo than a typical hotel room, and we genuinely appreciated that level of comfort. Overall, the accuracy of the photos and the cleanliness of the suite contributed to a very positive experience. It’s always refreshing when a property delivers exactly what it promises—and in this case, it truly did.

From the moment we entered, we were taken aback by the sheer number of large Glade‑style plug‑ins. Nearly every outlet in the common areas and hallways had one, creating a very strong, layered fragrance that was difficult to avoid. For guests with respiratory sensitivities, fragrance allergies, or simply a preference for cleaner indoor air, this level of scent can be quite challenging. Strong synthetic fragrances can linger in enclosed spaces and may contribute to irritation for some individuals, especially in winter when windows are typically kept closed. Our suite also had a plug‑in, which we unplugged immediately. Over the next couple of days, the air quality in the room improved noticeably. Importantly, I wasn’t able to detect any underlying odour in the building that would justify the need for such an extensive number of air fresheners. The property itself appeared clean and well‑maintained, so the heavy reliance on fragrance felt unnecessary and, in our case, counterproductive to comfort. To be clear, this was the only aspect of our stay that we didn’t enjoy. The hotel otherwise offered a welcoming environment, and we appreciated the service and amenities. I hope the management considers reducing or eliminating the use of plug‑ins, as doing so would make the space more accessible and enjoyable for all guests.

The team was so responsive. What a great place to stay. I will definitely be back.

Location was incredible, and apartment like.

The property was close to restaurants and within walking distance to the metro. Our unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

A broom and a dish cloth would have been great. We like to leave our unit in the same condition as when we arrived.

La propriété est moderne et inspirante dans un quartier animé, mais toutefois relativement silencieux.

C'était le week-end d'un festival, et c'est indépendant de la volonté de l'hôtel. Par contre nous venions pour nous reposer et avons demandé à plusieurs reprises à pouvoir décaler ou repenser notre séjour, ce qui n'a pas été accepté. Je dois toutefois mentionner que l'hôtel a essayé de faire ce qu'il pouvait pour nous satisfaire, mais nous n'avons juste pas trouvé de terrain d'entente.
