MYChecked in for 2D1N. When I first entered, the room was quite dirty but it’s okay, I understand since the room is cheap. No problem, can understand. But on the second day, before it even reached 12pm — at 11:55am — a woman in a baju kurung (staff here, not sure what position) knocked on the door very loudly while shouting “housekeeping.” Since I also work in a hotel, I know that her way of doing it is very rude. Knocking 5–6 times while shouting like that. So does a cheap room price mean guests have to tolerate rude staff behaviour?
