Hotel Revolución

It was NOT air-conditioned in a very hot climate. Mosquitos, cockroaches, undersized bed, no exhaust fan in shower, limited help with luggage, a disco next door. Very expensive for what it is.

Very noisy maybe the other side of the hotel is better but very noisy with the window closed and no air conditioning

The service was great and the rooms are excellent definitely we will come back 😀

No hot water, no water in the toilet, no lock on the window, mosquito’s on the bed, NO AC, smells really bad, I have to pay extra money on the from desk to move at different room, OMG!!!

10/10 would stay again. no ac though but besides that everything was good

Some of the other guests were very noisy, they partied and played loud music until late in the night (2:00 to 3:00 am) other than that everything was fine.

Loved it ! The chairs in the waiting area were so comfortable. We were so happy there is a ATM in the lobby. However, it wasn’t working the day/night we got there. They ended up fixing it after two days out of our four night stay. We booked two rooms 1for me and my fiancé and the other for my parents. Mine had a fan and my parents didn’t. My parents had a tough time sleeping due to the heat so we put our fan in their room and requested for a fan for our room, which we didn’t receive until the last night of our stay due to me talking to the gentleman on the night shift. He stated to be persistent to the morning lady because guest leave daily and she should have had someone give us the fan. Due to lack of communication someone had gave the fan meant for us to a diff room. Besides the fan situation , it was a great stay. There is no designated parking but we had our car in a 24 hour parking lot behind the oxxo. They only accepted cash/pesos and they took real good care of the cars.
