Do ambiente do quarto, realmente confortável e funcional. Havia até mesmo uma geladeira grande residencial.

O checkin, muito complicado, fiz a reserva pelo Booking, usei o código da hospedagem fornecida pelo aplicativo. Mas, é preciso acessar o site do Charlie, primeiro se cadastrar, depois fazer o login, em seguida usar o código. Resultado: se não fosse a gentileza do porteiro nos fornecer o WhatsApp do Charlie, eu não conseguiria entrar no prédio, isso tudo, às 23h, na Alameda Iraé. Feito isto, ainda demorou bastante até finalizar o checkin, é arquivo de documento, selfie etc. Não indico para idosos não familiarizados com tais aplicativos de um smartphone.
