Entrada e saída muito ruim. Tudo SÓ PODE ser feito de maneira digital. A Recepção não serve para nada. Meu esposo chegou tarde da noite e mesmo comigo já hospedada ficou do lado de fora por muito tempo porque os documentos SÓ podem ser enviados digitalmente.

Gostei da localização

O ar-condicionado estava com problemas e não estava gelando. Acordei durante a noite toda suada por causa do calor. O edredom também estava com um cheiro muito desagradável, acredito que não tenha sido trocado. Além disso, a poltrona do quarto estava com defeito. Quando fui sentar, a perna da poltrona soltou e quase caí.

Quarto muito bom, confortável, bem equipado e limpo. Localização ótima!

Acesso para liberação do apartamento muito ruim. Sistema não funciona, precisa ser aprimorado urgente. Eu e mais um hospede com mesmo problema, tivemos que aguardar uns 20min na recepção para poder ter acesso ao quarto. Nenhum funcionário na recepção para ajudar. Tivemos que mandar mensagem para a central por WhatsApp, foto do documento, selfie, péssimo!!!

Muito barulhenta. Janela não tem isolamento de fora, não tem cortina em todas as janelas, tem uma saída de ventilação na janela que deixa o barulho todo da rua entrar (fiquei no 4 andar)
