"A fulfilling stay"

I liked the location, very convenient because it's very close to Beppu station, the staff members were so polite and very aware of my necessities, and the room was clean and equipped with everything one might need.

There was nothing that I didn't like, I am very satisfied with the service, the facilities, the comfort and the kindness of the staff members. I will definitely recommend this place to others so they can share the same experience.
