地理位置適宜，離巴士與鐵路都很近，鄰近有兩家很不錯的大眾澡堂，用餐也很便利，服務親切，早餐也很好吃。

入住單人房，床墊很明顯的靠走道邊下陷了，要靠牆邊的床墊才會彈性較好較舒適。
