A falta de privacidade, janelas abertas que não fecham e dão vista para a garagem, alguém na garagem poderia ficar me olhando com minha namorada, fora o mal cheiro, os quartos são mal limpos e fica com cheiro ruim quando o cliente entra, o banheiro estava com vazamento na pia, alagando o banheiro
