"Enjoyable and practical."

Clean rooms. Excellent access to city. Convenient parking. Relaxing vibe.

Few complimentary toiletries. Awkward access to bath. Using shower floods the bathroom. Missing plug in en-suite basin. No obvious recycling facilities.

Fab location; spacious flat; comfortable beds

TV unusable as box not programmed; Poor quality fittings: wobbly door handle to ensuite bathroom, loose panel on main door, neither hob light nor extractor in kitchen work; Shower drains very slowly so you can only use it for 3 minutes before it starts flooding the floor; Very inconvenient that key box is several minutes walk away (in opposite direction to city centre); Overall poor for this price.
