Victoria Hotel Menai Bridge By Chef and Brewer Collection

Usually stay at the Management Centre in Bangor but Victoria Hotel popped up on my feed. Great, fast reception. Lovely, clean room with amazing views over the Menai straits and bridge. Food and service at dinner was exceptional. Faultless from everyone. Thank you

Hotel really nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, bed comfy. HOWEVER, the bathroom was a joke. Tiny doesn’t start to describe it. Couldn’t sit on toilet with door closed and shower so small and difficult to access it was a joke. £100+ room fee totally unjustifiable with such an inadequate bathroom.

Great Staff, food was delicious

Really lovely stay, very dog-inclusive, all the staff were very attentive and hardworking even in crazy holiday period. Balcony room was a surprise but a welcome one, rooms were done daily and tea bags refilled. Only issue was slightly worn bathroom, but still clean and tidy and presented well.

Everything about our stay was perfect. It was a peaceful night kid free night away for myself, partner and pooch. Normally we get a scruffy room because we have a dog but this hotel doesn’t do scruffy. It was immaculate inside and out and the decor was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It is the perfect location to get away from it all and the scenery is beautiful being right next to the straits. The food was second to none and great choice of drinks. We had a room with a balcony which was a real treat and unexpected. I can’t wait to return.

The property would get a 5 star rating but sadly my room was next to the kitchen and early morning noise 6am can be heard and then tonight I can here loud music along with the general kitchen noise as my hearing is bad I can only assume anyone with normal hearing will be disturbed more than myself in this room.

Stayed for 3 nights 22nd- 25th Oct with friends. Our rooms were superb with balconies looking over the Menai. Breakfast each morning was relaxed and excellent choices. Staff were attentive and friendly at all times and made us and our dog Monty very welcome. We would love to return. Thanks to everyone!!!
