"Might just be the best hotel in the area"

My original review was flagged for some unknown reason so I will give this a shot. This hotel is just a hop, skip and jump from the airport. It also seems to be the nicest hotel in the area (we saw a lot of motels, and a few other hotels, but this one looks nicer (is probably newer). We felt the lobby was welcoming, with chairs and tables, and the receptionist was friendly. It seems like many of the staff at the hotel do a variety of jobs, as it felt like we saw them everywhere in the hotel and the restaurant. The staff ALWAYS smiled and said hello (or good morning, good evening, etc) whenever we passed them. Our room was on the top floor and was spacious and clean. We were never bothered by any room noise, even though at least 2 of the nights we were there we heard they were completely full. The room darkening curtains worked well, and we both slept well in the comfortable bed. We liked that they offered a choice between softer or firmer pillows, and that there were lots of pillows. We also liked that there is a nice restaurant on site. The breakfast buffet was located in the restaurant, and we absolutely LOVED that they changed the hot offerings daily. Having recently spent time in a different hotel where it was the same food every.single.day, it's so refreshing to have that variety. Extra kudos because they even had bacon one of the mornings! We would come back.

It is a beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable beds. The rooms are clean and fresh. We enjoy staying here. It would be nice if it had curved shower rods because the tubs are narrow.

I had never heard of this chain of hotels prior to booking, so I was in the dark. But, our stay was great!! The room was very clean and spacious and we loved our dinner in the attached Falls Bistro. Would highly recommend!!

"Staffing"

Beautiful hotel, excellent restaurant. I only had 1 issue as I had a discount code from my cousin who owns 2 cobblestone hotels in wisconsin and desk staff that were there couldn't process it at checkout because they needed a manager. They said the manager would be in Monday to process and we still ended up paying full price and have not heard anything from manager or hotel staff.
