Suit bağlantılı odayı başkalarına vermişler.gece boyunca sohbet ettiklerinden uyuyamadık.o oda çocuklara verilebilirdi.Ayrca çocuklara verilen ilk odada dolu idi oda ayrı bir rezaletti.

"Disappointed "

Very small size triple room , the air conditioner not functioning, calling reception several times not coming to fix the problem we slept with open windows which was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited, not Buffet we asked mneme and omelet but unfortunately they served us only boiled egg . The swimming pool was very nice, clean warm water . The worst thing that at check out they asked us 75 liras for water bottles which was shame for a five star hotel to provide only one bottle free ...

"Exceptional"

On a passer un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel tous était parfais, le personnel, le déjeuné, la propreté, la chambre bien spacieuse le confort puis l’emplacement aussi on était pas loin de l’ancienne ville de Mardin qui était aussi magnifique, l’hôtel vaut c’est étoile et je reviendrais sans hésité👍 Merci pour tous
