We really enjoyed the breakfast. The location is very good. The stuff was very friendly. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna.

We paid for the family suite but we were given a rather small room and not what we payed for. When I saw it I went back and complained and 30 minutes later what we paid for was given to us. We waisted a lot of time just to get what we paid for. Also there was a jacuzzi in our room that didn’t work and for the two nights we stayed there we couldn’t use it which was frustrating. The room was a little bit dirty.

No thing every thing is ok

Havaalanına çok yakın bir konumda bulunan bu otel, eski Mardin'e sadece 20 dakikalık mesafede,odalar son derece temiz ve düzenli, misafirlerin rahatlığı için özenle hazırlanmış. Personel ise oldukça tecrübeli ve yardımsever; Kahvaltıda yöresel lezzetler olmasa da sunulan seçenekler gayet makul. Özellikle mutfak ekibi, sıcak yiyecekleri (örneğin patates ve sebze kızartmaları) taze bir şekilde hazırlayıp servis ediyor. Eğer Mardin’de bilinen ve rahat bir otel arıyorsanız, burası sizin için ideal bir tercih olabilir.

Hotel tres bien situe et calme. Staff agreable et aidant. Chambre et SdB spacieuse, lit de tres bonne qualite. Le PdJ est de type continental, varie et de qualite. Un tres bon compromis

Excellent friendly staff. Very uncomfortable bed. Badly installed fixtures. The area is remote and not fully developed, but very close to airport.

1 gece kaldık. Hijyen ve konfor konusunda harikaydı. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Tek eksik banyoda yeterli duş jeli şampuan ve sabun mevcut değildi. Ayrıca Diş fırçası, diş macunu, saç kremi koyulabilirdi.
