The fingerprint-based building access system simply does not work in our case. Despite several downloads, it worked maybe 2-3 times out of dozens. Happily staff was very helpful and opened doors without this fingerprints authorization. Perhaps our central European fingers are not suitable? You have to wait a long time for hot water in the shower - no hot water circulation.

Stayed at this property in May during Cinco de Mayo. Was extremely satisfied with our stay. The property is located in a major urban area and has lots of shopping and dining options surrounding it. Was very pleased with the amenities offered at this apartment complex. This included a cafe, pool, gym, movie theatre, and front desk staff and security. The room itself was perfect for our short stay. It included 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Some people and staff speak English at the location but I would recommend taking a translator app with you for assistance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a very nice property. The apartment was clean, it has a kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms/baths, and walk-in closet. It’s location is close to many places we visited during our stay in Mexico City. It’s very safe, secure, quiet and perfect for families. The amenities are excellent as well. Pool, gym, kids play area, cafe, lounge area and even a small park within the towers property where you can walk your pets. The staff and security are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
