Breakfast good. Difficult communicating with staff when called reception wanting more wood. Was told no English. Goodbye Room was freezing cold upon check-in Bed was to hard One young lad. Spoke minimal English. Was very helpful to me when my partner cwas out The young girl serving breakfast. Lovely On check-in. I was told breakfast was not included When my partner showed them that in fact we had paid for breakfast was told she did not know how to change it on computer All sorted in the end Fireplace not cleaned in three days

Otelin konumu çarşı da fakat araç girmiyor otelin önüne ve valiz olayı sıkıntılı düz ayak değil merdivenler den falan cıkıyorsunuz otele gırmek ıcın, ayrıca kahvaltısı çok kötüydü, odalar çok temiz değildi.

Historic hotel with an excellent view over the old town and the Mesopotamian plains , Very good breakfastand very friendly staff that did there best to make you feel comfortable ! Comfortable beds and nice bathroom
