Basic room, noisy location, overpriced, TV was not working in our room.

The location is unbeatable, right in the vibrant Saripolou Square, with easy access to cafes, nightlife, and cultural spots. Arrival : A couple hours before my arrival I got sent an email with clear instructions on how to check in to my room since reception would not be open at the time. Everything went very easy and worked exactly as the email explained. The room : The room was big and clean, the bed comfortable and all facilities one could need were present. Since I booked the stay for a work event, I was particularly happy the next morning with the refreshing eye gel I found in the bathroom! 🩷 The location: Step outside and you are right in the middle of Limassol old town! Shopping street, cafés, restaurants or just a nice cup of coffee are basically right outside the front door!

Checkout: The only small thing here, was that I had no idea where to drop my key at checkout, so I ended up leaving it inside the room, which I believe worked out fine.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and great pillows. Friendly staff. We’d stay here again.

Not a big deal, but the room is a bit worn out, could use a slight refresh.

La difficoltà di avere una risposta per un late check out richiesto al momento del check in e rimbalzato fino al giorno della partenza ( 4 gg dopo) perché avevo volo di ritorno alle 21,30 Il g della partenza check out alle 12 Mi concedono alle 12,30 Quindi sono costretta a cambiare i miei programmi Una volta riordinato bagaglio scendo alle 12,30 e mi dicono al desk che posso restare fino alle 14! L ho trovato un percorso troppo complesso Il late check out o si fa o no O su paga o no Cosa c è di così difficile Ovviamente il mio late check è stato gentilmente offerto dalla struttura!
