"Cosy cottage and apartment"

The property was exceptionally clean and cosy and the welcome pack (oj, pastries etc) was a lovely touch. It was easy to locate, well maintained and clearly a labour of love for the owner who makes it feel like a home away from home.

My only (really small) comment was the absence of any usb chargers in the apartment. VERY small issue. Everything else was fab.

Lovely lady helpfully directed me to the correct address since my sat-nav didn’t. Very helpfully and warm personality. Room was really clean, fresh towels and a comfy big bed. Everything was well put together, no complaints. Would stay there again if I were in the area, wished I had another night there.

"Wish we had longer to enjoy staying there. Comfortable and convenient ."

Spacious ,very comfortable. Convenient for wedding venue we were attending. Lovely welcome / breakfast items. Responsive owner to pre stay queries.Has additional toilet downstairs - very useful if several of you.Lovely little garden , accessed by French windows .

Stairs a bit steep , but inevitable in older properties.

"The host was lovely answering questions etc. mainly the smell was just awful."

The breakfast was a nice little touch although the Crossiants & sour dough bread was a little stale. Host was lovely. Ideal location for staying if attending wedding at Warwick house.

There was a horrific drain smell throughout the whole apartment it made me feel physically Sick. Smelt like rotten eggs .
