The venue was so tranquil and beautiful. The staff were very good and Marco was very helpful and friendly. The food both at breakfast and dinner was superb.

The only small note we could make was we didn't always feel the benefit of the air-con throughout the room because the upstairs unit wasn’t working, only the downstairs was. However this didn’t impact our stay and we would happily go back!

I didn't like anything about the property. It was a complete mess, and their cleanliness rating is overrated. These aren't photos taken in hidden spots, it's simply under the sink or the frame of the mirror. The property is not well-maintained, and even the grass isn't mowed. There is no proper path to the property; you have to cross a piece of metal to get to the room, which can be dangerous for those traveling with children or for those who might miss it, as it can seriously cut your leg. Locals come to the property's swimming pool, which I find paradoxical. There's always a crowd at the pool until evening. The breakfast is very modest; you'll get a piece of baguette, ham, cheese, a croissant, or a pancake. No fruit is available. The juices are the cheapest from cartons, and the water is from the tap. The room doors don't lock properly, you may twist the key, but the doors can still be opened. For this price, you can find a much better, friendlier, and cleaner hotel.

I could share many more photos here, but I can't upload them. If you want to avoid an unpleasant vacation, please steer clear of this hotel. The view from the window is not of the pool but of bushes. The curtains are unwashed and dirty, probably hanging for three years. This is evident from hand stains and the smell. The room smells bad, and the air conditioning also has an unpleasant odor, likely never serviced! After two nights, we checked out because we didn't want to ruin our entire vacation. The hotel did not refund half of our reservation costs. We are currently working on exposing the truth about this hotel on social media. The reviews are probably bought from friends as they are not credible. There's clutter everywhere, and no hairdryer! The shower is broken. The facility is not maintained at all, and the sun loungers are simply covered in bird droppings. No one intends to clean this up. I do not recommend this hotel! It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
