Food was fantastic. Staff were really friendly. Facilities were good

- friendly, helpful and skilled staff in service, at the restaurant & bar - good restaurant / cuisine with quality food and upper class service - proper breakfast buffet from 8am - 10am with many different options (bakery, oatmeal, sweets, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, juices, coffee and freshly made scrambled or fried eggs, also with bacon) - state of the art design & good general appearance of the rooms, restaurant and other facilities - spacious room, larger than you'd expect for two adults, especially the large bathroom and "living room" are notable - nice pool landscape with two pools, a bar and many deck chairs and seating areas (one pool exclusively for hotel guests, the other also for day guests) - free dinner buffet on Sundays where you just pay for your drinks, good selection of food nonetheless

- some more vegetarian and vegan food options for lunch and dinner would be nice (currently only two vegetarian main courses) - accessibility to the hotel is given basically only with car, there is a bus stop in front of the entrance but only few buses are operating during the day and none on Sundays (!), from the airport a taxi is the best approach (make sure to book via the hotel for a fixed rate of 35€), to visit Olbia using the bus is possible, for everything else a car is needed - it would be nice if there would be less waste produced where possible (e.g. getting rid of single use cutlery and dishes fully) and if there would be recycling options. I believe there is not a single trash bin in the whole hotel area - Olbia requires max. 2 days to see the whole city (old town, restaurants, sights, promenade & museums), beaches and other sights are located outside of the city

Requested shower facilities before booking as property was unable to accommodate a late check out; and shower facilities were filthy; door to shower was broken and unable to close.

Stunning views, amazing food and staff are so lovely

The hotel is really beautiful & the staff was exceptional! The room is spacious & clean. I lost a personal item & the staff was so engaged to help us finding it. Great food in the restaurant. Really quiet. Simply amazing!

You definitely need a car when you would like to stay here, otherwise it would be hard to get there & to the olbia city center.. for us it was perfect. The only little two things: - for savory breakfast there was only one vegetarian option to put on bread, like only one kind of cheese, but loads of sweet options & eggs. - also the garden view in our case was the view on a construction site. It’s not the hotels own property, but still the view was not really beautiful.. but the rest of the hotel totally made this up :)

The female receptionist who welcomed us was very helpful

We asked for an iron and was unable to get one due to it being in another guests room. Drinks were very expensive for a hotel bar.

The food was exceptional!!!

Breakfast offer was really small.
