Su Entu Sardinian Country Club

Lovely accommodation, we had the two level suite for arrival night and it was perfect. The cleanliness, the flexibility and communication with reception was outstanding. We wished we had stayed longer!

We had requested the hotel weeks in advance for gluten free breakfast. The morning we were there they had ran out of gf bread and there were only cookies to be had. Breakfast was pretty complete besides the lack of gf bread.

The hotel itself is satisfying

The breakfast is everyday the same, with leftover cakes from the day before and 3 kinds of fruits that are not fresh, scrambled eggs taste like steamed instead of fried, fruit juices that are bottled supermarket stuff. One can find better breakfast in Ibis! The lunch tastes good but the portion is so small that you can take it for children size. The worst of all, the hotel is in the middle of no where, even no place to take a walk, because outside is a road with no pavement. I wonder how a hotel like this gets 5 stars.

lovely stay very welcoming staff and beautiful hotel. Things to improve on, the wifi didn't work at all so that is a major issue and there were stains on the towels.

I liked the staff and their assistance with regards to the luggage that was delayed in arriving. They also helped with rental car and ideas around transportation. The room was clean and cute.

I think our stay would have been much better if there were more sun protection in terms of umbrellas or even adding more trees/greenery. It was so hot and there was no respite from the sun. We would have stayed on the property more if the umbrellas were not just small straw ones they had. Our room of "the garden" looked on to a vegetable garden and an industrial type parking lot. The property is in what I would describe an agricultural area. We were disappointed with the service at the restaurant at dinner and the price of food was extremely expensive. Also, they said they were in the middle of changing the menu and many items that I would have liked to order they did not have available so there was not much choice.

Our family room was like a ski chalet, with two floors. It was bespoke.The upper room was open plan and overlooked the living room. There was a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was amazingly designed. There was a TV and a fridge. Our double bed was soooooooo comfortable! The sheets were pristine. It was spotless. The breakfast was amazing. The evening meal was lovely. The staff were helpful.

You were not permitted to drink your own alcohol around the pool. There were no tea/coffee making facilities. There was no where to sit inside when you had checked out, awaiting your flight departure time. You could only sit in the dining room if you eat lunch

la struttura e' davvero magnifica, molto pulita ed elegante, il personale gentilissimo attento alle tue esigenze, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, ci vuole un mezzo di trasporto ma in pochi minuti arrivi in centro e in 15 minuti alle bellissime spiagge. consigliatissimo.colazione molto buona
