Ömer abi her konuda yardımcı oldu. Yine gelirsem yine tercih edeceğim. Balıklıgöl'e yürüme mesafesinde. 😃

The hotel is rustic, one of the old Sanliurfa mansions. The staff was friendly. The location is perfect.

The rooms were dusty and some stuff in the bathroom was broken. The dining hall is outside, we were cold during breakfast so it’s not good for the winter weather.

We pay for one night two rooms but it was dirty, especially the carpets, there was urine and hair on the toilet seat. We had to move in an other hotel

Sehr schönes Ort! Die Umgebung das Hotel ( Palast) super schön. Das Personal, ist rundherum für Sie da. Einfach nur zum weiterempfehlen, bis zum nächstes mal.

Good location in an old Armenian courtyard building in a maze of like buildings close to Ulu mosque and the old marquer, within walking distance of Ibrahim (Abraham)‘s birth cave. The room was well equipped. Breakfast was good and varied. The internet connexion is good.

The staff is untrained (and the manager mostly absent)—though they can prove helpful in a rough kind of way. Lacks a welcoming attitude. The commons are a bit messy.

The breakfast was good. The location was good, within walking distance to Balıklıgöl and other sights. The beds were comfortable.

The room was very sparsely furnished and not comfortable. There were no chairs in the room. The carpet looked like an old rag. The bathroom was an retrofitted booth and did not meet our expectations. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hotel seemed shabby to us. I don't understand how it can be called newly renovated. We paid €50 per day for 2 people. The hotel is definitely not worth this price compared to other hotels in Turkey. We would not book it again.
