This place make you feel at home. Staff members are really nice. Views from our stay at room Mercury were astonishing. Dwlicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Great food, great view, great rooms. After a long cold day in the snow, it was great coming back to a heated floor and warm room. The view from the terrace and outside the hotel was spectacular. The best hotel food we have ever had. Breakfast was served warm and fresh. Lots of variety including fries, pancakes, breads, spreads, cheese rolls, potato salad, drinks, etc. The staff and manager went out of their way to make our trip memorable.

Everything was perfect, the staff helped us with everything, even arranging the hot air balloons, the breakfast was super good and they arranged the transfer to the airport. Thank you for everything!

The newly opened clean and really professional hotel. They deserve all the money we pay. There are spectacular hot air balloon views. I've never seen such a comfortable hotel before. They helped all our needs. We stay 2 rooms with my friends and all of us were very pleased. Breakfast, cleaning and bed and bed linen quality, perfect! All rooms have underfloor heating. We were going to stay one more day, but we could not postpone our plane :( I will recommend this to everyone. Thanks again for everything

High-end touches, luxurious linens. The room was very spacious and clean. Basically, the room itself (Mars room) screamed 5-star hotel, but with a cozy, homey allure, which we really enjoyed. There was also 24-hour reception service so we felt very safe. Even though it was very cold at night outside (35 F) when we visited in early November, the room was perfectly toasty every time we returned. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the various jams tasted high quality. The hosts were also flexible regarding the check out time. Just be aware that this hotel is not in Goreme, so you won’t see the hot air balloons in the morning. But you will be a 5 minute walk away from Uchisar Castle, which in my opinion, was the best sight in that area, much better than underground city or the open air museum.

We had a rental car and it was very hard to get to the hotel, very steep, cobble stone roads that only fit one car, and are also just one way (which google maps will tell you are 2-way, and the local taxis seem to have some type of understanding which way that is, but it will not be obvious to you via road signs). Be very careful which roads you go down, because it’s possible to get stuck and be very difficult to back up out of. Although the distance from the main road to the hotel is short, due to the difficulty, expect to take 15-30 minutes to get onto the main road. Once you get through all that, there is plenty of parking a very short distance from the hotel. Personally, I still enjoyed the drive since it felt like an adventure, but I also know that not everyone may feel the same.
