"Perfect for relaxing"

The owner Kam was there. She is so lovely and helpful. Her caravan was spotless and very cosy. If its relaxing quietness you are after then that the place to go. Although the little towns are not to far in the car for exploring the areas.

Nothing much to do for children on the site. The play area needs upgrading as was not very safe.

"Lovely bright caravan on peaceful site"

Well-stocked kitchen, spare towels, and blankets. Lovely, light and bright living and kitchen area. Showers had good pressure. Two toilets a bonus. The site was very quiet and peaceful. A good base to explore Dumfries and Galloway by car.

Thought the security deposit was unnecessary and made the process a little clunky. You communicate via an intermediatory on Booking.com but they do provide contact details for the owners. Personally, I'd prefer to do all comms and payments entirely through booking.com for peace of mind.

It really is a lovely caravan. Plenty of room, good kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds and plenty of blankets and pillows. Host came round to show us how everything works within minutes of our arrival. Nice welcome basket.

The kids would have liked WiFi, but to be honest I'm glad they didn't have it.
