The location was convenient. I only really slept there.

The bathroom only had hand soap and toilet paper. They offer a towel but the bath mats were old / dirty. The bunk beds are pretty rickety.

Quick response to booking queries. Very close to bus stop and close to light rail stop.

Accomodation's pictures on booking platform were old, not reflecting the nowadays quality. The facility was damaged and unequipped in many aspects (kitchen equipment, lack of cutlery-utensils, etc.). Not the safest neighborhood to stay.

I enjoyed the limited interaction with the other guests.

The price is cheaper than a motel.

There was roaches in the bathroom and in the room. After taking a shower, I was putting on lotion and I felt something crawling on my arm, I looked and it was a roach. There was no space in the closet for me to put my belongings because one of the other guest had all of her belongings in the closet. Also,when I got home from work one afternoon, I decided to sit in the living room and watch YouTube on my phone. I didn't want to bother anyone in the shared room and that's why I decided to sit in the living room. Anyways, I was watching YouTube on my phone and I had the volume low and an older white lady in her it's came and sat in the living room and started doodling on her phone. Next thing I know,she slammed her phone down on the coffee table and walked out of the room. She came back about 5 minutes later and literally jumped up and stopped down on the gr I und with both feet. I asked her if she was okay and her reply was she was having a bad day. I asked her if the volume on my phone was too loud for her and she said yes. Now I know for a fact that my phone was at a moderate volume. It was not loud at all. I was watching a documentary, so it's not like there was any music playing. Not to mention, the whole purpose of me sitting in the living room was so I wouldn't disturb anyone's peace but she came an sat in the living room. Another perso who was staying at.the property told me that the perso they hired to clean up and change the bedding after guest checks out does not change the bedding. Instead he takes the comforter,spreads it out on the floor,folds it,and puts it back on the bed. He doesn't bother to change the sheets,pillow case or towels.Last but not least in the past the past they allowed you to stay at one of their properties for up to 21 days in a 30 day period. Now they only allow you to stay for 14 days and then you have to go to another one of their properties for 14 days. All the back and forth is some bs.
