We loved this day! Not only suggestion would be the beds are a little hard maybe add some mattress, toppers, etc.?

I liked that it was in a diverse Herb & plans Garden and that the rooms we’re individual cottages.

During our stay in Fredericksburg, my sister and I visited the spot twice. Once for facials and once for massages. Both of us had a wonderful experiences. My sister even dared to have an ashiatsu massage. I’ve included a description for anyone who might be interested! Who knows who might want to have a massage by someone’s feet. In all we loved the experience. If you’re looking for a spa in Fredericksburg, this is the place to go! Ashiatsu Massage In Japanese, ashi means foot, and atsu means pressure; so it literally translates to foot pressure. Enjoy 60 minutes of Ashiatsu, where therapists' use their bare feet and body weight to deliver deep compression and long gliding strokes in order to work the deepest layers of muscle and fascia.

Such a relaxing stay at Hill Country Herb Garden. The property is gorgeous. We enjoyed exploring around the cottages. The gardens are well cared for and lush. Our room was cute, cozy, and well stocked. The morning breakfast basket was a sweet touch.

The house was very cozy and clean. Wonderful property and beautiful! Very nice experience!

Had a sister lunch & it was a lovely experience! Food is flavorful, service is excellent & the atmosphere is serene & tranquil. We had the chicken teriyaki bowl, the quinoa salad & the hamburger. Each was exceptional. Their peach tea (unsweet) is out of this world! The views are beautiful out of any of their numerous windows. Really should be a must-visit in Fredericksburg!!

Tell your guests how the breakfast works without their having to ask or not hear about. Let your guests know of the extra parking lot nearer to some of the cottages, so they don't drag their good luggage along the gravel paths from he primary lot.

While I can’t speak to the accommodations of the b&b I have been to the resturant a fair number of times but the most recent trip was enough to make sure I will not be returning. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Hill Country Herb Garden. Despite the restaurant being empty upon arrival and exit, we were told we needed a reservation, and the staff was incredibly rude about it. We used to dine here frequently, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. We ordered the calamari, and the portion was laughable—barely a quarter of a plate. We have ordered this before and previously the portion was fair. For the price, the quality and quantity of the food were unacceptable. On top of that, the service was indifferent at best. This place has gone downhill, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good food or a welcoming atmosphere.
