新しいホテルのようで凄く綺麗でした。ルームコンディションも金額に比べても高いレベル！何も言いようなし。

フロントスタッフの方々、チェックインの時もアウトの時も若い方々でしたが、本当に怖いぐらい冷たくて声をかけたくもなかったです。本当にマリオットホテルのフロントサービスなのか疑問に思いました。今日から何泊の〇〇ですチェックインお願いします->無言->〇〇さんですね？->はい！->無言->クレジットカードお願いします。(デポジットなどの説明一切なし)返す時も無言チェックアウトお願いします-> 無言完了後->ありがとうございます(愛想悪い) 名古屋で綺麗なホテルがあんまりないので、また行こうと思いますが、次は良くなっててほしいです。

Hotel was beautiful , well lit & clean with a pleasant scent. Staff was courteous. Rooms were spacious & had large windows. Unlimited drinking water from a dispenser which is very convenient & earth-friendly. The beds were very comfortable with smooth white & unstained sheets. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Located in a quiet but accessible area near convenience stores, a food court & Mega Donki. Pleasant & easy walk to shopping areas & other attractions.
