I liked The location and the area was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were amazing. I would Stay here again!

Wszystko było super, piękne widoki, centralne położenie. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Wszyscy bardzo mili. Jola sprawiła, że nasz pobyt w tym miejscu był łatwiejszy. Chętnie wrócę do tego miejsca.

The hotel staff was great. The view from the hotel is excellent. There are lots of stairs you will have to deal with, but they have a potter service to help with carrying your luggage. Make sure you use that service.

The experience we had here was 10/10. Special shout out to Jola , Fimis, and the rest of the staff who go out of their way to make sure everything is exceptional. They are the best. This property is so beautiful and chic facing the famous Caldera view. The sunsets can be seen from the entire property and you don’t have to leave the hotel to the join the crowds. The pool/ terrace on the top floor is so nice and clean and we barely left during the day. The food and the endless breakfast options they have is very tasty and well made. My favorite was the scrambled eggs, sausage pies and the beautiful fresh fruit. Rooms have nespresso pods and machines .

We had booked a room at this hotel from July 3rd to 6th. Unfortunately, due to an air traffic controllers’ strike, our flight was cancelled on the morning of our departure. We immediately informed the hotel at 6:30 a.m. We were clearly reassured over the phone: they told us not to worry and that we would be refunded or, at the very least, receive a credit. Since then: complete silence. We sent five emails, none of which received a reply. When we finally managed to reach someone — a woman named Helena, apparently in charge of reservations — she spoke to us in an extremely rude and condescending manner, and coldly informed us that we would not receive a single cent in refund. This is simply unacceptable behavior from a hotel that claims to offer quality service. They made a promise and then broke their word, treating us with utter disrespect. We feel cheated and scammed. One thing is certain: never again. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
