Check-In Information • Reception Hours: Our Reception Office is located on the 2nd floor and is open for check-in and guest services from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM. • Self Check-In: For your convenience, a Self Check-In Kiosk is accessible 24/7 in the communal entrance, available from 3:00 PM onwards. Identification & Payment • Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card. Please note that any Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Environmental Commitment • In alignment with our dedication to sustainability and compliance with Luxembourg's ecofriendly regulations for serviced residences, our apartments are not equipped with air conditioning. To ensure your comfort, fans are provided in each apartment, and our accommodations are meticulously designed to create a serene and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. Smoking Policy • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central Kirchberg. Noncompliance with this policy will result in a €250fine. A designated smoking area is available in the communal garden on the 4th floor or at the entrance of our building. Quiet Hours • To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Security Damage Deposit • A security damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after check-out.
