Liked the hotel overall, swimming pools very nice garden, beach, all.

The animation team – fantastic, truly 10/10. Ned from reception – always kind, helpful, and professional. Rooms are spacious.

The hotel is advertised as 4★ but realistically deserves max 3★; overall rating should be 6–7/10, not above 8. Old furniture in the rooms; cleaning done superficially (towels not replaced daily, trash bags left unchanged, bed sheets never replaced in 8 days). Food is plentiful but poor in quality: repetitive, unlabeled dishes and sauces, identical desserts in different colors. The “à la carte” restaurant has no menu – you pre-order at reception and get what they decide; I ordered octopus but was served cheap fried fish rings similar to calamari. Drinks only from dispensers, no natural juices. Beach bar is just a small shack, open 10 am–5 pm, serving only water, soft drinks, and beer; staff unfriendly. Communication with staff is difficult, as most do not speak English. Very noisy location in the center of the resort; first night we couldn’t sleep, even after changing rooms it was still loud. The mini disco keeps loud music until 11 pm – not great for families with small kids. Parking is very disappointing: the hotel’s parking lot is tiny and paid; the alternative is an adjacent unpaved area (also paid), without security, receipt, or invoice. Asteria Family Hotel is not a disaster, but it is far from deserving the high scores shown online. It may work if you are on a budget and traveling with many children over 3–4 years old, but otherwise expect compromises and more quantity than quality.

Központi elhelyezkedés! A vacsorák finomak és változatosak. Nagy tágas szóba, kényelmes az ágy. 2 éves kislányomnak tetszett!👨‍👩‍👧

Érkezésünkor 2 órát kellett várni hogy a szobát ki vehessük, viszont mikor be léptünk a szobában úgy kaptuk ahogy az előző vendég hagyta (törölközők a földön, piszkos ágynemű...) egy szóval nem volt ki takarítva. Utána vártunk még egy fél órát amíg ki takaritották. A személyzet 90% nem mosolyog nem kedvesek. A beach barnal nem tartják be a programot, egyáltalán nem kedves a fiú aki ott van, ha egy vizet kértünk le nézően nézet.. 😳 Az animátorok 4 vannak, ők se tartják be a programjukat, unalmas egyhangú műsoruk van, itt szeretném meg említeni Benyt aki az egyedüli aki maximalisan oda tette magát és egész este kedvesen mosolygot!!! ❤️ Medencében a viz nagyon hideg!!! Tisztaság lehetne alaposabb Reggeli es ebéd ugyan azok az ételek, minimális hús van fel szolgálva! Tavaly voltunk nagyon jol éreztük magunkat, azért választottuk idén is de sajnos csalódtunk és jövőre biztos nem ide jövünk!😔 Előző évhez képest minőségi romlás van. Kár érte! Más vendégekel is beszélgetünk volt akinek még ennél rosszabb is volt a véleménye..
