SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western The Villages

The esthetics of the hotel were visually appealing.

My room had no towels or other linens. The front desk fixed the issue with no problems.

The room, lobby, and breakfast area were all very clean and inviting. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. It was a very nice 3 day stay.

It came with a poorly appointed bathroom (two bath towels, one facecloth, no hairdryer) and kitchenette (one dinner plate, 2 cereal bowls...0 spoons, 6 or 7 forks, 1 butter knife, 6 little coffee cups and an assortment of mismatched drinking cups that had seen better days). An inventoried list of kitchenette items and attention to detail would be most helpful, for both the hotel and the guests. We were grateful for the helpful staff that were new to this location. They made the difference between 'a not so great stay' and a 'we will be back stay!'😊
