The rooms where lovely and the bed was comfortable. Staff at reception were really nice and very accommodating.

Only negative was a bad smell from the drains.

Sehr, sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer (Kanalgeruch?), der auch der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde, gebessert hat sich im Laufe des Aufenthaltes leider nichts. Zimmer war nur mit offener Balkontür nutzbar. So sollte definitiv kein Hotelzimmer riechen.

The location is amazing you can walk to so many places from the hotel easily. City centre, duoro river everything is accessible on foot. It was value for money and I highly recommend anyone staying here to try the nearby coffee shops.
