La relation avec la personne à l'accueil qui m'a beaucoup aidée à m'installer. Mais aussi les autres personnes qui ont pris le relais le soir et le matin. Vraiment tous très sympas

The hotel itself was very good, clean and modern! The only thing that let it down was the restaurant, not much selection on the menu and the chef was vaping in the kitchen on the evening we arrived which we found off putting! Breakfast was disappointing, no clean tables and the staff made no attempt to clean one for us so my daughter cleaned a table! Very little selection of food left! We did arrive towards the end of breakfast 8.30ish, but even so there was no welcome or offer of tea & coffee so after waiting a while I decided to leave and I didn’t have breakfast there! The room we had was very nice and the beds were comfy.

Zeer mooi en net Hotel genoeg parkeer gelegenheden . Er zijn wel Oplaadpunten voor de auto maar niet voor algemeen gebruik.

"Très bel endroit"

Très bel hôtel, neuf. Salon d’accueil très grand, décoré avec goût. L’architecte a lui aussi bien travaillé 👍 Belle chambre, lit confortable, terrasse. Un peu loin du centre ville de Lille si le but est de visiter la ville.
