Really hard to pick up the keys, reply was slow had to wait around about an hour and waited the following day a couple of hours for another response. Great accommodation but they need to sort their service out

Surprisingly good value for money..excellent location with views and modern ameniries .undercover carpark. felt like home. Bit daunted at first having to pick up keys from different location but straightforward and nice staff.

Nothing really i would recommend this apartment to anyone

- location was lovely. Easy walk to the tram, coffee shops and a great little park across the road. -view was excellent. - apartment was modern and clean. - everything you could need in the apartment. - easy parking.

It was quiet and had secure dedicated parking spot, spacious balcony and fully equipped kitchen.

Wasn't as clean as you would expect. Water all over bathroom floor on arrival. Booked for three adults but lounge only big enough for two, but enough beds to accommodate six people.

"Overpriced for 1 night. Getting keys and handing them back at a different place is ridiculous"

Nice Views

The muck around to get the keys and take the keys back is ridiculous. Why not have a key deposit back at the door and give the customer the code upon arrival. Didn't realise this until we had already booked and couldn't cancel so beware you will need to drive to multiple places get the keys and hand the keys back

The unit was clean and tidy ,but the lounge needs replacing as it has a lot of stains on it
