A fabulous old building in centre of town with such a lovely ambiance. We really enjoyed our time here - a home away from home. So thoughtful with the touches including fresh bread, fruit, jams, milk and juice. There were books, magazines and lots to read. Our only regret is we only booked 2 nights and it wasn’t long enough to explore the city and surrounds. Nice and warm, comfy beds and couch. We were greeted by Andrew as we were entering and he was very kind, offer information and support and how to reach out if we needed help and we really appreciated that. It was easy to access building with the pin code. We had a small car and it was easy enough parking under the building. Access via the lift up to the first floor. It a dart board and a table tennis table under building. BRU next door make a great coffee, Vault 21 served great food. The Tuhura Otago museum was very very good and we could have stayed a lot longer. We explored the city and also discovered Port Chalmers - a great little village, watched the ships, my friend did a great beach ride with Hare Hill Horse Treks and got to see sea lions and we had a great feed at the historic pub afterwards. Thank you Dunedin and also Dan and Andrew for all the information and we would recommend your apartment to others.

The apartment is beautifully renovated and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is a very peaceful environment. The location is excellent and had secure onsite parking. Close to cafes, the supermarket and an easy walk to shops. Breakfast was left for us which was above and beyond what we were expecting. We met Dan the host who was very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again.
