i had a mountain view room, the price was high but the view was worth it. definitely worth paying that bit extra and getting the view

I had to extend my stay, and when I booked my room for an extra 3 days, the price doubled, which was disappointing. lesson learnt, work your dong out ahead.

Amazing location with beautiful views from the room, easy to get anywhere with just a short walk, hotel staff were very helpful in booking a tickets for fansipan as well as for booking a seamless transfer to Hanoi.

"Please improve on making sure the breakfast is warm all the time. It’s not nice eating a dry and cold bacon."

The cleanliness, close to shops and spas and restuarent and Moana cafe and the plaza.

The cold bacon for breakfast , it could be left heated at all time for breakfast people who come later in the morning to find it warm.

Hotel location is great and there is outlet store nearby. Reception service are great and very helpful. We took the balcony room with breakfast. Breakfast is quite okay and staffs are polite and helpful.

The staff respond quickly and are very friendly. The room is clean the bed so comfy. The location is excellent—very close to a supermarket, cafés, and restaurants. Great value for money
