Our experience with Naif hotel was amazing from the very beginning. They were extremely responsive and answered all our questions. Upon arrival Aaron and his staff helped with all of our needs, and went above and beyond, they truly provided exceptional, friendly service. Our room was upgraded on arrival, they served a wonderful breakfast, it was extremely clean and in a quiet but walkable neighbourhood. We 100% would recommend!!

hotel carino pulito e in stile minimal con vista sul paesaggio di goreme, stanza e bagno grande e comoda personale gentile

acqua a pagamento nel mininar , neanche una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto, mai successo in nessun hotel della turchia dove oltre quella in camera te la danno anche alla reception quando arrivi. A mio avviso una mancanza di stile. Colazione striminzita servita al piatto ,solo salato, assenza di dolci a parte le solite marmellate in scatola

Amazing place! Breakfast was very tasty, nice combination of local and international food. Comfortable room. Very welcoming and friendly staff, helped us with everything. Good location. And a huge bonus - very nice cat, that was coming every day of our stay. :)

Absolutely loved our stay! Eren and Sinan were incredibly helpful—from arranging taxis and transportation to recommending great restaurants. The sweet woman who made breakfast each morning served up delicious spreads with a smile. Comfy beds, daily cleaning, and a fantastic location without the steep hike of the cave hotels. Best part? Hot air balloons fly right over the hotel at sunrise—pure magic! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice and had what you needed for the best part. Great location and very peaceful.

Our room was dusty and some things in the shower were rusting, but still a modern bathroom. Needed dusting and some things fixing, otherwise fine.
