Le personnel est désagréable, pas aimable, cet hôtel est une mascarade, on prétend t’upgrader mais c’est totalement faux… notre chambre était minuscule… alors j’imagine celle de la gamme en dessous… petit déjeuner horrible vraiment pas bon. Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel à 9h00 du matin, sommes restés 4h dans le lobby, personne n’est venu nous proposer un verre d’eau … de plus nous avons laissé nos valises en attendant le Check in , au moment de les récupérer, ils nous donnent des valises de qq d’autres ! Bref, passez votre chemin, hôtel cher et sans intérêt ! Nous avons séjourné dans un autre hôtel ( Naru) un peu plus cher mais rien à voir !
