Es realmente un boutique hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos. Calidad de sabanas almohadas toallas. Desayuno a la carta incluido. Detalles como al haberseme quedado mi afeitadora, fueron a la farmacia y en 10 minutos me trajeron una de cortesía. Eso es lo que uno espera de un hotel de lijo...felicitaciones

Location is excellent to the main attractions of Cuenca. The rooftop cafe has a wonderful view. The staff were super attentive and happy all the time. Always helpful and seemed to really like their jobs and interactions. Rooms are quiet as double glazing keeps the road noise out. All furnishing and appointments high end. Bathroom great. Food was great. We ordered room service breakfast as with an infant it was easier and was fresh and delicious.

Un hôtel très proche du centre ville et pourtant offrant un calme idéal. Très beau! Le personnel très sympathiques. Le petit déjeuner excellent et chic.

Amazing hotel. Situated in the center of the city! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador.

Friendly and attentive staff, fantastic breakfast and very nicely decorated a spacious rooms. Extra reading room on ground flour. All right in the old city centre.
