I did a reservation and when I was doing the check in the representative at the front desk told me we are sold out, I pay for a room that I dint use it 🥲

the sheets has stains hair lashes etc. the bed and towels were dirty i asked for new sheets they gave me stained sheets

I thought the price was good and we didn’t need to be there for very long so I thought I’d try it.

It wasn’t very clean-there were hairs on the bed and in the shower. There wasn’t a bolt on the door and we felt like we needed one because there were people out in the courtyard all night. We got woken up several times by unruly guests yelling and banging on doors. It made us feel unsafe because they sounded drunk or high.
