They upgraded my room for free.

The breakfast was little to nothing, the room wasn’t cleaned well, people downstairs were really loud as it was more of a hangout for people in the area.

The bed wasn’t clean. Tv remote didn’t work. Water was running in the bathtub. There was a bag over the smoke detector. Room smelled bad. Very disappointed.

They cancelled my Priceline reservation after I checked in and already paid without my knowledge. Then they charged my card at the front desk which I gave them since hotels usually keep a card on hand for incidentals. I was charged twice for one night, once by Priceline (which was not refundable since the hotel told them that I did not show up) and once in person. I called the hotel from 8 hours away a few weeks later when I realized what they did and they hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. I reported them to Priceline and Priceline was not able to get a response from them either. I am currently working with my credit card company to see if they can refund one of the charges. If that does not work, I intend to contact the local authorities to see about the legal process. This business needs to be marked as unethical. The room was disgusting with mold growing in the shower drain. Breakfast was to start at 6:00AM but no one showed up to set up for breakfast until 6:00AM and nothing was ready before I had to leave.

There was low water pressure and the shower didn’t work. They gave me another room and it was the same issue. They said maintenance was working on it and it would take a couple of hours. When we got up in the morning, the shower still didn’t work. Very disappointing
