Al llegar me atendió una tipa sumamente grosera, mi reserva era por 21 más IVA, sin embargo pretendía cobrarme otra vez IVA sobre los $24 y encima la comisión de Booking, le dije que no y que tendría que reportar eso a Booking ya que no es normal, ahí me empezó a gritar y me botó, definitivamente no regreso más

Las personas que me atendieron fueron amables.

Es importante que se le de mantenimiento a las instalaciones. La habitación que me tocó tenía el lavamanos roto, las toallas con agujeros, el cielo falso del baño también estaba roto. Y nunca funcionó el Netflix, ni pudimos ver programas en la TV. La cama es demasiado dura me dolió la espalda.
