Over the years, I have stayed at The Gateway and watched the growth of The Vineyard, previously known as The Tourmaline. Bookings for concerts, funerals, birthday milestones, school reunions, friends & family gatherings just to name a few. The reception staff have always accommodated to my needs and are always pleasant, friendly and welcoming, even when cancelling then rescheduling at such short notice. Recently, I booked the Superior room for a school catch up. It is a modern, spacious room that is spotlessly inviting. This place gives you that home away from home feeling & then some. I was able to unwind in comfort and sleep in luxury. I will be back again next weekend for Keith Urban, thanks again !!

The shower needs to be hotter it was near cold and there were dogs in the room next to us

The room is large, clean and very comfortable. Great bathroom, comfy bed, location is good as it’s next to the pub which serves excellent meals.

We use this motel frequently when we travel to Sydney. The rooms are always clean and beautifully presented. The staff are always frindly and helpful, and having the hotel so close by means we don't have to go far for a meal

Great accommodation & great pub too. I will recommend The Gateway Motel & The Vineyard Hotel as a top place to stay in the Vineyard, Riverstone, Windsor area.

There was no lighting for external staircase to upper level rooms..very poor and dangerous

Blood on the sheets Stains on the blankets Wet carpet that made the room smell The sheets hadn’t been changed as it was full of sand.. very disappointing
