Booked 1 night through hotels.com and booked a second night over the phone due to change of travel arrangements the price altered greatly. I also found the nights quite loud

We love staying here when visiting relatives. Has all you need in rooms. Plus the hotel with bistro and small cafe for you shot of coffee. Very comfy and tidy. Our go to place when out here.

I liked the staying in the newest block of rooms further from the playground, bar and cafe. The rooms were well stocked, beds confortable and very clean. Towels professionally laundered was a reassurance. Policy to customers renting rooms to be quiet and respectful of others by 9pm. Very loud weekend live music boomed an viberated into our room until 1 am or more while we expected quiet time by 9pm and sleep by 11pm. No one to call to complain since we visited from another country and not able to call anyone directly. There should be a toll free phone number or a way to direct message for help. I had large beetles and spiders coming under the ground level outside door into the room at dusk each night. Stripping on bottom of door needs replacing and provide insect traps or spray.

The room was very clean, tidy & comfortable (good bed) & having the pub with its nice food close at hand was a real plus. The motel is a really good choice for staying in this area - only down side is this review needing 200 characters in this field.

They need bigger tea/coffe mugs but otherwisw couldn't fault it

All was fine

Motel was not at all matching the photos or reviews advertised for room type. From poorly maintained surroundings & room to dreadful noise, this room had everything that is your worst holiday nightmare. Rattling plumbing & noise in the wee small hours coming from other rooms, jammed entry door, bad smell, poor or no wifi, hotel loud till early morning. I noticed that every room but ours had a keycard lock. Not happy.
