Gateway Motel

As always, this place delivers the best in comfort, customer service and amazing food. The new rooms are awesome, clean, very modern and super comfortable. Great live music on the weekend, family friendly atmosphere and nothing is ever too much trouble for the Staff.

Brilliant as always

Lovely stay at the Gateway. The motel was clean and the dining options at the Vineyard and Tommy’s cafe were amazing. It also had onsite laundry facilities which was very convenient and the staff were friendly. It was our favourite motel stop driving from Queensland through to Melbourne.

Quality and expense spared at all cost if guest are turned away..

We arrived at the Gateway Motel at approximately, 11:45pm. The check-in process was really easy, as we had already sent our required details for check-in via email. As a result, it was just picking up the keys from the bar and driving to the motel parking bay. The room was small, but comfortable for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. Everything was clean and tidy. As we had an early flight out of Sydney, we really didn't spend any time exploring the area.

Everything was fine, except for customer service on arrival.

Well this motel is just amazing. We upgraded to a king room for extra $40 but well worth it. Fairly new building and room was huge. Great price for such a great room Bed was comfortable and shower was really big. It is part of the Vineyard hotel which is just gorgeous everywhere. Great outdoor eating area and a beautiful Xmas village for all the kids and looks fantastic at night. The staff are all the friendliest we have ever come across. You must stay here and enjoy the atmosphere
