Denis from late at night was super rude and he gave me a room for disabled people which I never signed up for. I asked him this is not what I have reserved he said he doesn’t like changes and that was what I have reserved. He had bad attitude

"It was an okay experience, but when I return to Minneapolis, I will be choosing a different hotel."

The breakfast was okay, although cold. The room was clean and big and nice. I like the key card security. Their coffee was good though. The bathrooms were nice.

They don’t tell you that you have to pay for parking on booking.com, the pillows were not comfortable at all, it’s all air so when you lay your head it just feels like your laying on sheets, the cleaning staff was nice but the front desk lady was not nice at all.
