Very spacw, comfort and clean

The room had all of the necessary amenities for long and short stays. The breakfast area was really nice and I like the Controlled entry. It made me feel safe during a time of protests and violence.

The bed was stiff. Our microwave never shut off and had a rattle. The pool was on the smaller side of what I envisioned. And someone was smoking weed on our no smoking floor and we have a baby. But that’s on the people not the staff

Location was very good. The room was exceptional and very quiet. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows could have been better. And the best for last: The Best Shower Ever!

The breakfast was subpar and kept the overall rating lower other than it might have been. I would have liked to have had more TV channels.

Parking sucked and had to pay.

The room was very clean and well maintained! We were just staying over the one night but if we had needed to be there a few days the kitchenette and dishes would have been very helpful, as well as the large fridge and microwave. All of those were very clean also. As a hotel housekeeping manager at a different hotel, I usually find things that aren't clean everywhere I go but I didn't find anything to complain about in this room at all as far as cleanliness goes.

The bed was too firm for our liking and the pillows too flat. Everything else was great!

I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. I'm a housekeeping manager at a large hotel and I could not find any cleanliness or maintenance issues, and believe me, I looked. We did not get to try out the pool or hot tub just because we were too tired and only stayed one night but everything we experienced was great.

My only complaint is just that the bed was too firm and the pillows too flat for my liking. Everything else was great!
