"Terrible"

Booked for 5 nights. Only stayed for 1 because it was so bad. All rooms were supposed to be non smoking . Our room had such a strong smoke smell that bedding and our clothes were saturated with smoke oder. Morning help didn't know how to process a refund. Waited almost a week to get it. Drain didn't work in bathroom. I'll never go back.

Remote for tv didn’t work, bathtub facut came apart, roaches in bathroom, flat pillows, cigarette burn in bed spread, noisy room !
