Front desk folks were great an very helpful. Room was cleaned well.

There was roof work going on. So a little noisy. But not a major problem. Hi

The lady with the little dog that greeted me was nice.

All the roaches should have helped pay for the room.

Room was roach infested. We immediately asked for our reservation to be canceled, and we did it right there and spoke to a Travelocity agent and she started the refund policy

there's was a 100 security deposit plus the room rate, for one night I think that too much money. there was only one car in the parking lot as well, the managers car. I didn't enjoy it there.

We had to call desk to find out how to make shower work. New style and nothing on faucet or handle to give any indication what to do.

Dirty, wifi wouldn’t work. We were the only ones there besides one other. Roachs in bathroom

Key didn’t work. Tried two separate ones before I had to ask the desk clerk to walk me to my room to open the door. That took a minute because even thought she’d only been there a couple of months, the girl at the front desk was the only person on property. The ‘non smoking’ room REEKED of cigarette smoke. There was soot where the walls met the ceiling. I was charged $50 for a supposed stolen blanket. When I called to dispute, I was told the manager would “check and call back,” only for him NOT to call me back. Yikes.

First we could not find motel the address kept taking us to an old Howard Johnson motel, so we kept driving around trying to find the motel because the name was not on motel as as I stated we kept getting brought to the old Howard Johnson, well after about the third time of ending up there we finally got out to ask if they knew where the motel was we where looking for come to find out we where at the right place they just had not changed the name on the outside causing us to unnecessarily drive around. We where checked in and got in our motel well, the tv and light didn’t work in that room so we got moved downstairs. There was no refrigerator or Coffee pot as advertised in the room they moved us too. We just stayed, but after unpacking and getting our showers we saw roaches crawling around. Long story short this is not a 4.0 motel as advertised and the place was dirty and to much noise outside. We complained to the motel staff and they did nothing and we could not even get half our money back for the terrible stay. Not recommend at all… It’s horrible!!
